2017 Winter Training

This year some members have decided to up the game with their training for the upcoming season. We have joined forces with a local personal trainer who has put together an 8 week plan to help build fitness as well as improving balance and strength for those longer rides this season. https://www.facebook.com/RevoFitnessPT/

We have set some goals to help with getting us through the bad weather and help deal with those extra pounds that Christmas inevitably brings. Progression has played a big part in our preparation and build up to the first sportives of the year in April. Derek at Revo will be working on our Core Stability off the bike and giving us some gym work to improve our strength.

Members are also concentrating on healthy eating and meal plans as well as others heading to Tenerife and Mallorca between Feb & Apr.
